Undelivered Package Policy for Creations By Robin

Guidelines for handling lost or undelivered packages.


 

At Creations By Robin, we want to ensure every customer receives their order. If your package is undelivered, we are here to help! Please review our policy below for guidance on how we handle undelivered packages.

 

Packages Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received

 

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it:

1. Verify the Address: Double-check the shipping address provided during checkout to ensure it is accurate.

2. Check Nearby Locations: Sometimes, packages are delivered to a neighbor or a safe spot around your home.

3. Contact Your Local Carrier: Reach out to your local post office or delivery service with the tracking number for further assistance.

4. Notify Us: If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date at creationsbyrobinus@gmail.com

 

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. However, Creations By Robin is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

Packages Lost in Transit

 

If your package is lost in transit (tracking does not show “Delivered”):

1. Contact us at [insert email address] as soon as possible.

2. We will file a claim with the carrier and keep you updated on the status.

3. Depending on the carrier’s response, we may offer a replacement or a refund.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

 

If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout:

The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package once it is returned to us.

If the package is not returned to us, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund.

 

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

 

If a package is unclaimed or refused and returned to us:

You will be refunded for the item cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Alternatively, we can reship the package at your expense.

 

Custom Orders

 

Custom orders are non-refundable, but we will assist in resolving issues if the package is lost in transit or undelivered due to carrier errors.
